The Lions Club Hohenems is part of the global organisation Lions Clubs International. Under the motto ‘We Serve’, Lions around the world are committed to social responsibility, humanity and voluntary work.

Lions take action where government or institutional aid is lacking or insufficient. The focus is on personal encounters, direct support and sustainable impact.

“We serve” is our motto. Together with more than 1.4 million like-minded people worldwide, we are committed to serving a good cause.

For us, helping starts on our own doorstep.

Our goal is to help people in need personally, quickly, and without red tape.

As a service club in Hohenems, we see it as our task to provide concrete support to people in our town and in the Vorarlberg region.

We help:

• Families in difficult life situations
• Children and young people
• Social institutions
• In special emergencies

Discretion, respect and responsible use of donations are a matter of course for us.

Our help is made possible by events, sponsors and donations. The entire net proceeds from our activities go to charitable causes without any deductions.

We work on a voluntary basis.
